Reds get INF Sutton to complete trade

CINCINNATI (AP) - The Reds acquired minor league infielder Drew Sutton from Houston to complete the trade that sent shortstop Jeff Keppinger to the Astros during spring training.

The trade was completed Thursday, and the 25-year-old Sutton will report to Triple-A Louisville. The Reds also outrighted infielder Danny Richar to Louisville to open a spot for Sutton on the 40-man roster.

Sutton batted .317 with 20 homers and 69 RBIs for Houston's Double-A team last season.

Keppinger was traded for a player to be named after hitting .140 during spring training.
